The Opportunity

We are looking to grow our SuccessFactors team and have an exciting opportunity to join our implementation consulting team. To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate at least 5 years’ experience in SF consulting in Employee Central and at least 1 other SF module. The more modules you are certified in, the more versatile you can be. This position will be involved in the implementation and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions for our valued customers. This position will see you immersed in all aspects of customer relationship management including; implementation delivery, consulting on best practice approaches and helping our customers to continue to add value to their SF environments.

Experience Required

To be successful, you’ll need to hold the relevant SF certifications which are supported by hands-on consulting experience working directly with customers.

The following skills are required to fill this role:

• SF Employee Central certification backed up by implementation experience. Additional experience and certification in one of the following: LMS, Onboarding, Recruiting Management, Performance and Goals, Compensation

• 5+ years’ consulting experience
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
• Focused on delivering value to customers and able to provide knowledge transfer to your colleagues
• Desire to take personal accountability for the resolution of issues and delivery of positive customer outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with a positive and pragmatic attitude.

In addition, Business Architecture Associate Managers may lead teams or manage small projects and so it is important you can showcase this experience.

You will gain an understanding of the Accenture delivery framework and the specific solutions and accelerators that we have developed, and you will apply these in both planning for and executing delivery assignments.

Given the consulting nature of our work, travel to client sites when needed is required. We promote hybrid working – a healthy mix of working from our office to maintain team relationships and collaboration as well as working from home. Your well-being is important to us and a standard working week is 37.5hrs across Monday-Friday. Whilst there will be times that you need to work beyond your standard hours, and possibly even weekends in times of high demand, we also actively promote initiatives to ensure your work/life balance is retained.

We offer a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual bonus (dependent on both company and individual performance).
