What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support client engagements as part of the engagement team, assisting in the delivery of expert business continuity & crisis management consulting and managed services
- Collaborate with the engagement team and management to develop solutions that add value to clients' businesses and help achieve their strategic objectives
- Assist in managing evolving incidents or crises by providing support in emergency communications, coordinating response activities, and tracking action items
- Develop strong relationships with clients' senior leadership and seek to influence their decision-making during engagements
- Take on additional duties and projects as assigned, potentially expanding into other practice domains within the company

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- High level of individual motivation and autonomy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and program management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative skills, including the ability to develop project plans and meet target dates
- Availability for on-call support during off-hours emergencies
- Ability to travel globally as needed (post-pandemic)
