      Supervise the development and maintenance of business continuity and incident response plans. Provide guidance and support to business units in implementing and testing continuity measures. Responsibilities Lead the coordination of business continuity exercises and simulations.

      Qualifications

      You'll have…

      • Bachelor’s Degree required
      • Strong oral and written communication skills
      • Proficient and broad knowledge in business continuity recovery processes, concepts, strategies and methodologies including risk assessment business impact analysis, recovery procedures, training metrics, and crisis management
      • Strong organizational leadership decision making and analytical skills with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
      • Ability to provide guidance and communicate with all levels of the organization
      • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
      • Ability to work closely and successfully with others in order to deliver results
      • Project management, systematic thinking, and strategic planning skills
      • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Sharepoint

      • Minimum 3 years of experience developing, maintaining and testing business continuity plans, conducting tabletop exercises in a corporate or government environment
      • Experience in Security or Business Continuity in a corporate or multinational organization
      • Applicable training and certifications in Business Continuity, Crisis Management

      Responsibilities

      What you'll do…

      • Lead the Crisis Management and Business Continuity Program for Ford Motor Company
      • Monitor, assess and escalate significant changes to the risk environment, deteriorating exposures and evidence of emerging risks
      • Lead the development and execution of relevant tabletop exercises for Executive Leadership and global skill teams
      • Conduct after-action reviews to capture lessons learned and incorporate into Business Continuity and Crisis Management Plans
      • Assist in launching global initiatives (playbooks, SharePoint Sites, crisis plans etc.) that help incorporate lessons learned from tabletop exercises and real crises
      • Collaborate with Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery teams to prepare the annual briefing to the Board of Directors providing program status
      • Lead the activation of the Emergency Operations Center, review edit and test plans accordingly
      • Develop policies and procedures that provide consistent strategic direction and oversight of the Business Continuity Program
      • Ensure Crisis Management Plan is continuously updated and available to Company leadership
      • Interface with organizations globally to support the day-to-day functions related to Business Continuity plans, procedures, training, audit, policy development, testing, and ensure plan compliance
      • Interface with the Global Security Operations Center, Regional Security Managers and Protective Intelligence Team to identify risks; escalate as appropriate
      • Collaborate and coordinate with Corporate Communications for enterprise-wide awareness as it relates to Global Security Operations and Crisis Management
      • Identify and evaluate communication tools and new technology to enhance the business continuity program
      • Manage the generic outlook account, BCOFFICE and advise skill teams with appropriate guidance to resolve areas of concern
      • Develop roles and responsibilities for business units to identify business continuity champions and business continuity coordinators globally
      • Lead the review of the information uploaded on the Business Continuity and Global Security SharePoint sites to ensure accurate information is accessible and continuously updated
      • Drive the mass notification program to ensure current groups are updated and tested
      • Manage and develop the Modular Control Review Program for Business Continuity in support of Directive A-125: Business Continuity Planning
      • Partner with Internal Control to ensure compliance with Business Continuity requirements
      • Lead the review of the Business Continuity Program Guide and templates for developing business continuity plans
