      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for leading and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include executing LOB or ECF processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include supporting the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation, and building out actions plans and milestones.

      Responsibilities:

      • Lead the assessment of the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support the FLU and ensure adherence to enterprise wide standards

      • Ensure that changes are appropriately documented, risks are assessed, and metrics are developed and monitored to ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management Requirements.

      • Manage the procedure environment for the FLU including setting the foundation as the control infrastructure

      • Manage and review all operations FLU responses for regulatory exams, internal audits, regulator responses, and other monitoring and inspection reviews

      • Perform the monitoring of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation.

      • Act as the primary liaison with the business, auditors, Global Compliance and Operational Risk (GCOR), and Global Regulatory Relations.

      • Ensure timely delivery of all Regulator responses and artifacts, negotiating delivery times as required for complex requests

      • Manages the performance and productivity of team members

      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years risk, compliance, controls or equivalent experience

      • Knowledge of key laws, rules, regulations and policies applicable to sales processes

      • Subject matter expertise of contact center processes

      • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills used to partner across various levels of leadership

      • Ability to work in a self-directed manner and take a proactive approach to job responsibilities

      • Intellectual curiosity, strong analytical skills and mindfulness

      • Detail oriented with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and initiatives independently

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $99,800.00 - $156,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
