What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Asset Managers and Site Managers with administrative aspects of assigned projects, including reporting, data entry, and vendor coordination
- Conduct safety observations and ensure adherence to HSE standards
- Generate and analyze various reports to support business performance and profitability
- Manage inventory accuracy and procurement processes, including purchase requisitions and orders
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in regional delivery on annual KPIs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Associate Degree in business administration, accounting, or supply chain preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant business administration experience
- Ability to balance multiple, deadline-driven projects with excellent planning and time management skills
- Basic understanding of contract compliance, inventory management, and procurement processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite; experience with CMMS, Ariba, and SAP is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a large company and understanding basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with data analysis and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and surface issues to management for resolution
