What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data-focused requirements analysis, collaborating with PMs, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Maintain and track user stories, use cases, and requirements specifications throughout the software development life cycle
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT for requirements clarification support
- Support functional testing, including end-to-end data testing and UAT testing
- Facilitate communication and coordination between business stakeholders and development teams, especially during critical phases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven time management skills to handle multiple project tracks
- Experience working in an agile team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PL/SQL
- Familiarity with distributed teams and remote collaboration
- Ability to define product acceptance criteria and create feature roadmaps
- Experience in end-to-end data-focused testing and verification processes
