What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review RFP, RFI, RFQ, and bid/qualifications for business opportunities
- Organize and lead weekly opportunity review meetings for team presentations
- Assist in the response to RFIs/RFPs, including research and qualification assessments
- Maintain a comprehensive library of company information and marketing materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- 4-6 years of professional experience in proposal analysis, business development, project management, or a related field
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of federal procurement processes and regulations

- Familiarity with commercial contracting practices
