What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the full business development lifecycle, from market research to proposal development
- Monitor government contracting databases to identify and qualify federal contract opportunities
- Conduct competitive analysis and track industry trends to inform strategic pursuits
- Engage with customers and partners by attending pre-bid meetings, industry days, and networking events
- Assist with proposal development, including writing, scheduling, coordination, and compliance documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in business development, capture, or growth strategy in the GovCon space
- Experience working with government contracting databases to track and qualify opportunities
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and capture planning
- Proven ability to identify, qualify, and track business opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, intelligence, or IT-related contracts
- Understanding of capture planning and proposal coordination within government contracting
- Some college coursework is preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued
