      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assess characteristics and functionality of polyester products, identifying suitable applications to support market needs
      - Leverage market knowledge to shape business strategy and optimize revenue and gross margin targets
      - Develop and implement commercial collaborations through various agreements and strategic alliances
      - Manage and optimize existing customer relationships while developing the product portfolio and pricing strategies
      - Coordinate with engineering, R&D, and marketing teams to align with business strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - 10+ years of direct B2B commercial experience in the global marketplace
      - Significant experience within the polyester/specialty polyesters/caps and closures/packaging industry
      - Proven skills in strategy development, B2B sales, and product market placement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fundamental business acumen including strategy, portfolio views, and financial analysis
      - Excellent negotiation, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
      - Ability to run programs in a hands-on manner while building independent teams
      - Experience with licensing and franchising
