As a Capture Analyst, you will work with Capture Managers, Business Development and Operations teams, and other solution partners to support and deliver major Health Services proposals to State Government clients throughout the US. This position requires curiosity, flexibility, self-governance, creativity, and comfort making decisions and proactively taking action.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on customer budgets, program requirements, and relevant legislation.
- Perform detailed competitor assessments.
- Identify and evaluate scope of work and technology requirements.
- Assist in the development of operations and staffing models.
- Work with subject matter experts to document business processes and customer journeys.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience analyzing operational data and reports, government contracts or policy documents and/or market information preferred.
- Comfortable presenting information in ways that can be easily digestible and usable by a variety of team members preferred.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment, working in tandem with business development, legal, operations, IT systems and infrastructure, human capital, implementation teams, finance, and other business units to develop comprehensive, winning solutions.
- Experience working with remote teams is preferred.
