What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct proactive sales outreach to financial advisors and key contacts within the assigned territory
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and firms
- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing client base
- Provide industry insights and technical product knowledge to advisors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
- Minimum of 3 years of wholesaling experience (internal or external)
- Strong technical knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, and Hartford Fund investment products
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
