      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage business development efforts within a designated 2-5 state territory
      - Schedule and conduct webinars and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to secure contracts
      - Travel to your designated region for client meetings five days each month
      - Build rapport with hospital and practice administrators to understand their recruitment needs
      - Maintain organization within the territory and provide timely follow-up communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of healthcare business development experience
      - Sales experience in inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling
      - Positive attitude and outgoing personality
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work in alignment with the organization's core values: Commitment, Integrity, Trust, Extra Mile, and Continuous Improvement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred
      - Experience in building relationships with hospital CEOs and healthcare executives
