      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactive sales outreach to financial advisors and key contacts in assigned territory via various communication methods
      - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and firms
      - Develop and execute an outreach strategy aligned with company and territory goals
      - Identify new opportunities and expand the existing client base
      - Present technical product knowledge and market insights to advisors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent on-the-job experience)
      - Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
      - Minimum of 3 years of wholesaling experience (internal or external)
      - Strong understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, and Hartford Fund investment products
      - Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
