      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect new accounts and build relationships with medical professionals to drive sales
      - Convert non-compounding and compounding pharmacies to Medisca's services
      - Analyze territory trends and monitor profit margins to meet monthly sales objectives
      - Follow up with customers on sales and product availability via phone and email
      - Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize on increasing business and provide leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College or university degree; a sales or science background is an asset
      - Minimum three (3) years of experience in a sales role
      - Experience as a pharmacy technician or representative in the pharmaceutical industry
      - Proven ability to discover opportunities, develop strategies, and close sales
      - Excellent communication and listening skills; fluent English (written & oral) required

      - Familiarity with compounding practices and knowledge of pharmacy operations

      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
