      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new relationships with Correspondent Lenders and Mortgage Brokers for reverse mortgage products
      - Execute strategic sales strategies and develop annual business plans in collaboration with the VP
      - Manage a portfolio of existing high-value wholesale and non-delegated reverse mortgage originators
      - Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using Salesforce CRM
      - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular contact and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree from a four-year accredited university preferred
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry or related financial services, with at least 7 years in outside sales
      - Proven business development success in prospecting and building new markets
      - Strong sales strategy acumen with the ability to develop and execute business plans
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

      - Existing expertise with Reverse Mortgage Originations
      - Proven ability to develop positive working relationships with clients and teammates
      - Willingness to travel and work within a national team of professionals
