What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the entire sales process, including prospecting, lead management, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders in the event security industry
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of security solutions and client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of five years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, or a High School diploma with at least fifteen years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment
- Minimum of three years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment
- Strong team-oriented approach with a focus on building relationships
- Proven track record in achieving sales excellence, including awards or top rankings
- Proficiency in web-based applications (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous consultative sales experience in a B2B service-based company
