- Strategic Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, events, and digital outreach strategies.
- Consultative Selling: Educate clients on the benefits of RAASS™ and Executive Search services, demonstrating how they can save 57% in hiring costs compared to traditional models.
- Market Expansion: Play a key role in expanding our reach across North America, contributing to destinationone’s long-term growth strategy.
- Proven Business Development Experience: Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within government, non-profits, recruitment, or consulting.
- Established Network: Existing relationships within local, provincial, or federal government sectors and non-profits are required.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment services, executive search, and North American labor markets is an asset.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to present, pitch, and close deals with C-level executives, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
- Self-Starter & Strategic Thinker: Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to operate in a remote, autonomous environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital outreach tools.
- Innovative Model: Represent an industry-first RAASS™ solution, offering predictable, cost-saving recruitment for clients.
