Business Development Manager - SES

Role Context:

This role is to lead all the external and internal business development activities for SES. This position requires strategic leadership and vision on business development activities. Setting growth targets and focusing on new business, this position will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction of the business.

You'll be:

• Creating and executing a robust business development strategy that aligns with the company vision and growth targets

• Identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities to expand our client base in all business locations

• Working closely with the internal team to drive productivity, oversee training and ensure our service quality remains unparalleled

• Keeping up to date with competitor movements and market demands to inform our strategic position

• Engaging across cross functional teams, ensuring that our business development strategies align with operational capabilities and visa vice-versa

• Providing regular updates and insights into the Leadership Team, offering data driven recommendations and forecasts

You'll have:

• Prior experience in a similar BDM role, with a proven track record in hire or related industries

• Demonstrated industry experience

• Demonstrated leadership & Team Management

• Experience in tools and equipment or related industry

• Experience in pricing and bidding work
