- You have over 5 years of experience, showcasing a progressive track record in roles such as strategy consulting, business development, or similar fields. Experience in managing teams within a consulting environment is a plus.
- An ability to work across diverse sectors is essential. You must also showcase a strong desire for continuous learning and the capacity to rapidly grasp and master new topics through research.
- You thrive in unstructured, ambiguous environments and possess exceptional analytical skills, encompassing both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Your capability to manage multiple threads, conduct thorough research and analysis, and build effective relationships is paramount.
- Proficiency in presenting information cogently, both in written and verbal forms, is mandatory. You must have a demonstrated ability to manage executive-level communications.
- You are adept at making high-quality presentations for both internal and external senior stakeholders with a minimum amount of supervision and iteration.
- You exhibit a self-starting attitude with a keen execution drive; resilient and adept at working autonomously in ambiguous scenarios. Showcased ability to introduce innovative programs, processes, and ideas.

- Given the Global Managing Partner's work across different time zones, this role will require a high degree of flexibility in timing.
- Supporting Comprehensive Business Proposals: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive business proposals for potential projects. Craft executive-level communications to effectively convey our value proposition.
- Research and Analytics: Conduct in-depth research and analysis, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for executive-level meetings and assist in facilitating workshops.
- Complex Problem Solving: Drive critical ad-hoc projects and solve complex problems to deliver substantial value to the firm and our clients.
- New Business Opportunities: Assist the Global Managing Partner in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities relevant to Dalberg. Develop frameworks and pitch documents leading up to client meetings.
- Project Management: Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely completion of processes and delivering rapid analysis when required. Document discussions and follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Thought Leadership: Innovate and implement fresh approaches for thought leadership initiatives, positioning the organization as an industry leader.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with members of the Management team to expedite stakeholder decision-making.
- Priority Management: Oversee all open threads that are at risk of de-prioritization, ensuring they receive appropriate attention and resources.
- Develop a deep understanding of our organization and the international development landscape.
- Work closely with senior professionals, engaging in meaningful discussions and contributing to the resolution of important issues.
