What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research and analysis to support growth-focused business proposals
- Assist in the development and refinement of pricing for proposals
- Help draft, edit, and review proposal content for clarity and compliance
- Manage and update business development pipeline data and reports
- Create reports and maintain financial databases to support key performance indicators (KPIs)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current enrollment in a college or university, pursuing an Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, research, or data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
- Proficiency in Monday CRM, Salesforce, or another CRM platform
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Understanding of business development processes and financial modeling
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
- Proven track record of developing financial dashboards and reporting tools
- Expertise in financial modeling techniques for decision support
