- Own and manage the email marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring targeted, timely, and engaging communications that support ticket sales, events, and fan engagement goals.
- Plan and optimize performance-based marketing campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, programmatic display, and more.
- Partner with internal teams to support cross-functional marketing needs (e.g., event promotion, partnership activations, fan experience initiatives, etc.).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to produce compelling assets that drive campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging channels to identify new opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital or email marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse departments.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Oracle Eloqua or similar).
- Experience running paid campaigns across major ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
- Experience working in the sports industry or with live events.
- Knowledge of basic web standards (HTML, CSS)

Status: Salary, Non-ExemptJOB SUMMARY: The Performance Marketing Manager will support and lead digital campaigns that drive revenue and fan engagement. This role will oversee performance marketing efforts across paid media and email, collaborating closely with internal teams including Arrowhead Events, Brand Marketing, Client Services, Corporate Partnerships, Fan Experience, Ticket Operations, and Ticket/Premium Sales to support key initiatives throughout the year.
