      Title: Business Development Representative - Northeast Territory

      Location: St. Louis, Missouri – Remote.

      Job Type: Full-Time

      Salary Range: $55-60k base + bonus and commissions

      Job Description:

      We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of our PLM software sales in the Northeast territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, prospecting, and supporting the sales pipeline for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. This role will work closely with our Outside Sales team to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Identify, research, and target potential clients for PLM software sales opportunities.
      • Support the Outside Sales Executive in managing and expanding the sales pipeline, assisting with lead qualification and initial outreach.
      • Proactively engage with potential customers to generate interest in PLM solutions, setting up meetings and demonstrations for the Sales Executive.
      • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and opportunities in the PLM software industry.
      • Work closely with marketing to leverage campaigns, materials, and insights to identify and convert leads.
      • Manage and maintain CRM records, documenting all prospect interactions and sales activities.
      • Participate in planning and executing sales strategies to help drive new business within the territory.
      • Support sales presentations, webinars, and meetings to convert prospects into opportunities.

      Required Competencies:

      • Familiarity with PLM, ERP, or other enterprise software solutions.
      • Strong sales prospecting and lead generation skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
      • Ability to learn complex technical solutions and present them to non-technical audiences.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
      • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
