- Working with key stakeholders to define event objectives and thoughtfully design event accordingly; post-event, you will be measuring success against outlined objectives and providing recommendations to extend the life cycle of the event and capturing additional return on investment
- Pro-actively managing the entire lifecycle of the event, including planning meetings, checklists, budgets, expense processing, vendor management, onsite and virtual platform management, data management, post-event analysis
- Curating targeted invitations lists for each event, working closely with stakeholders and e-marketing team
- Draft event communications and collateral that align with Latham branding
- Developing and controlling budgets for each event; identifying, negotiating and achieving cost savings with venues and vendors
- Continuously staying abreast of event best practices as well as market and industry trends
- Possess strong interpersonal and client service skills
- Communicate well at all levels of the organization
- Consistently display a positive, high-energy attitude
- A Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in event management
- Experience using event management and CRM systems
- Superior organizational skills to manage multiple events at one time

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
