      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive growth of Mass Spectrometry sales in the western US within the Proteomics Analysis market
      - Identify and map target accounts, developing and executing account penetration plans
      - Generate and develop new sales opportunities as part of pipeline development
      - Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders in the life sciences sector
      - Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and customer engagement activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - MS or PhD degree in chemistry, physics, or related disciplines
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales of capital equipment
      - Deep knowledge of the Proteomics Analysis market and analytical technologies
      - Strong personal credibility to influence decisions at a high level
      - Ability to travel extensively, with 60% travel time expected for sales activities and trade shows

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in lead generation and new account management
      - Sound background in analytical technology, particularly in Mass Spectrometry
      - Strong team player with a record of coordinating activities across a commercial organization
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
