      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and identify potential leads within the healthcare sector, including hospitals and health systems
      - Utilize various channels for lead generation, including phone calls, emails, and social media
      - Engage with prospects to assess their needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria
      - Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, while updating records throughout the sales cycle
      - Collaborate with senior sales leaders for smooth lead handover and provide feedback for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of healthcare sales or related experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
      - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
      - In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including products, services, and hospital operations
      - Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
