      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategies to identify and qualify high-potential leads for consulting and technology services
      - Utilize the Client Relationship Management (CRM) System to manage lead generation and track progress
      - Cultivate long-term relationships with prospective clients and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries
      - Identify emerging markets and adapt sales tactics to meet changing client needs
      - Communicate a clear vision for change and motivate team members to support sales efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related area
      - Proven experience in developing new business opportunities
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities
      - Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of adequate insurance required
