What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert throughout the lifecycle of all risk engagements within the assigned business unit
- Lead issue remediation efforts, including intake, tracking, and reporting of issues
- Coordinate research and development of responses for audits, exams, and reviews
- Assist business owners in identifying required process changes and developing training materials
- Perform trend analysis of issues and complaints, sharing insights with leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in a financial institution with emphasis on risk management
- Knowledge of industry-related regulatory requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software products

- Master's degree in Finance or Business
- Consulting experience at a corporate level
- Knowledge of financial, accounting, and reporting systems
