What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Generate leads by demonstrating the CaptionCall by Sorenson service to eligible users, healthcare providers, senior community administrators, and veteran hospitals
- Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on the patient referral process
- Represent CaptionCall at various events
- Adhere to strict compliance policies
- Utilize company CRM to log daily activities

What is Required (Qualifications):

- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to meet or exceed goals set by department management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Outside sales or similar experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Familiarity with assistive devices for those with hearing loss
- Experience working with senior citizens
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
- Positive attitude and team player
