What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze existing metrics and recommend new metrics to generate relevant analytical insights for business issues
- Present and communicate generated insights to stakeholders in a clear and digestible manner
- Collaborate with business leaders to bridge and translate business requirements into analytics and reporting needs
- Generate multifaceted insights to help drive business growth and address enterprise needs
- Provide centralized consolidation of insights and support routine and ad hoc reporting requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics or business insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exercise sound judgment in decision-making

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in fraud management and preparing executive-level materials
- Advanced ability to understand detailed underlying data of metrics
- Proven track record of developing effective stakeholder management and collaborative approaches
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative methodologies for data interpretation and presentation
- Experience mentoring or training others in analytics and insights
