What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements for reports and dashboards
- Translate business requirements into specifications for report and dashboard creation
- Create reports and dashboards leveraging best practices in User Experience Design (UXD) and User Interface Design (UID)
- Provide support to ensure the availability and performance of reports and dashboards
- Design and implement technological best practices and guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in a relevant field such as accounting, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, or statistics
- 4-6 years of experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards
- 4-6 years of experience with Tableau
- 4-6 years of experience with SQL
- Tableau Desktop Certified Professional certification and SQL certification required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in User Experience Design (UXD) and User Interface Design (UID)
- Familiarity with programming/scripting in R, Python, or ArcGIS
- Strong analytical skills and intuition with a focus on data integrity and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments
- Experience in a retail or healthcare setting
