What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize SQL and SAS to query large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights
- Create and analyze dashboards using Power BI to support pharmacy operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address data and analytic needs for business decision-making
- Handle ad hoc requests and assist senior associates in delivering data-driven solutions
- Support revenue growth strategies and establish sales goals through data analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a data- or analytics-oriented role
- Proficiency in writing SQL and/or SAS code to work with large datasets
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and forecast data to support business decisions
- Comfortable communicating and working with various stakeholders
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in SQL, SAS, or other data systems
- Experience in creating Power BI or Tableau dashboards
- Knowledge of A/B testing, study design, and data modeling
- Familiarity with healthcare-related data
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as Business Analytics
