What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and transform data streams into actionable insights for business partners
- Create reports and data extracts using SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools to inform business processes
- Develop comprehensive data visualizations and reports assessing fundraising performance
- Provide reporting and analysis support in areas such as campaign progress and annual giving
- Act as a mentor and technical resource for colleagues in the Advancement Analytics department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of three years of business intelligence experience, including data manipulation and visualization
- Experience working with stakeholders to provide business analysis to drive performance
- Demonstrated knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field with one year of business intelligence experience
