What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop report and data visualization solutions using SQL, Python, R, and other supported languages
- Gather data requirements and analyze healthcare datasets to derive insights for report development
- Conduct quality analysis and peer reviews to ensure data products meet established standards
- Develop and maintain documentation for both technical and end-user purposes
- Provide end-user support on developed data products and collaborate with team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree and five (5) years of experience in data visualization, modeling, and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in healthcare data reporting systems
- Knowledge of SQL, preferably T-SQL, with at least 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, with at least 2 years of experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Business Intelligence role within a healthcare setting
- Specialized data analytics experience
- Knowledge of DW/Multidimensional models and star-join schemas
- Skilled in choosing optimal visualizations for business requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
