Develop and maintain data models, operational reports, and performance dashboards based on business needs
Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences and deliver actionable intelligence and recommendations
Partner with Enterprise Data & Analytics and peers to ensure efficient access to quality, consistent data through curated data models
Act as a Data Steward to articulate and own data assets to ensure they are clearly defined and consistently used. Participate in identifying and remediating data quality issues.
Adhere to, and advocate for, industry best practices around data management, analysis, and presentation
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field or equivalent experience in a data analyst role.
Strong experience with BI tools, and solid understanding of developing queries and procedures in SQL, Data Bricks, Azure, or other analytic platforms.
Experience with data warehousing platforms and big data technologies.
Understanding of data quality and data governance.
Skilled using Power BI to support business analytics and decision making.
Experience working with non-technical users to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
Sees problems and status quo as opportunities to improve.
Displays an interest in the business unit customer by trying to understand their concerns and issues to find the best pathways to meet current and future needs.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Salary Range:
$72,750.00 - $123,250.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
