What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral data sets to generate actionable insights that promote business growth
- Collaborate with teams across the company to understand their needs and deliver insights that drive strategic actions
- Translate complex data findings into simple, compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Design experiments to test hypotheses and inform decision-making
- Create intuitive dashboards and write SQL queries to support data reporting and analytics requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytics role, focusing on data analytics with exposure to Marketing, Product, and/or Finance teams
- Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
- Excellent listening and communication skills to understand business needs and propose solutions
- Strong business acumen to identify impactful analytics requests and translate insights into business value
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization
