What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain Tableau data sources, visualizations, and dashboards using Tableau Desktop
- Analyze and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets for diagnosis and prediction
- Validate data sets against systems of record to ensure reporting accuracy
- Document requirements, specifications, and standard procedures for using data
- Create and maintain data transformation processes using multiple applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-7 years of data analysis and data visualization experience with software like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related technical field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Oracle, R, and Python
- Strong mathematical skills for data collection, measurement, organization, and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Business Intelligence and analytical applications such as SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio
- Knowledge of statistical and business analysis, as well as workflow engineering
- Familiarity with LEAN concepts and principles to optimize resource use
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT/BI and program staff to achieve shared goals
