What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain Tableau data sources, visualizations, and dashboards
- Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends for diagnosis and prediction
- Validate data sets against systems of record to ensure reporting accuracy
- Document requirements, specifications, and procedures for data usage
- Create and maintain data transformation processes using various applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Economics, or related technical field
- 3-7 years of data analysis and data visualization experience with software like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Oracle, R, and Python
- Strong mathematical skills for data collection, measurement, organization, and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Business Intelligence and analytical applications such as Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio
- Knowledge of statistical and business analysis techniques
- Familiarity with LEAN concepts and principles
- Ability to provide technical assistance and perform workflow and statistical analysis
- Skills in promoting the use of business intelligence for effective decision-making
