What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex sales data to drive insights for the sales team
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales dashboards
- Automate manual reporting processes and create new Power BI reports
- Support the development of accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and trends
- Collaborate with sales leadership to evaluate sales strategies and initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within sales operations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Intermediate or higher expertise in Power BI, Cognos, Salesforce, Snowflake, and SQL
- Understanding of sales processes, metrics, and operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture or the electronics/electrical component industry
- Knowledge of other CRM platforms such as Siebel
- Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting and extensive computer use
