What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex sales data to drive insights for the sales team
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales dashboards
- Automate manual reporting processes and create new Power BI reports for accurate sales reporting
- Support sales forecasting by analyzing historical data and current pipeline performance
- Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment in reporting and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within sales operations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Intermediate or higher expertise in Power BI, Cognos, Salesforce, Snowflake, and SQL
- Understanding of sales processes, metrics, and operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture or the electronics/electrical component industry
- Knowledge of other CRM platforms such as Siebel
- Ability to work remotely 75% of the time with occasional domestic and possibly international travel
