      Key Responsibilities:
      1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
        • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
        • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
        • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.
      2. Data Management:
        • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
        • Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases.
        • Support the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes.
      3. Strategic Collaboration:
        • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, R&D, and operations to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
        • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives.
      4. Market and Competitive Intelligence:
        • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence.
        • Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights.
      5. Process Improvement:
        • Identify and implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
        • Train team members and stakeholders on the use of BI tools and data interpretation.
      Qualifications:
      • 4-7 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
      • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
      • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.
      • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources such as IQVIA, IMS Health, or Symphony Health is a must.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges
      • Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus and good to have.
