What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver knowledgeable advice and financial solutions focused on small business growth goals and customer service
- Assess client financial needs to provide a variety of beneficial financial products and services
- Assist branch bankers in managing small business relationships and understanding client objectives and challenges
- Collaborate with branches and internal partners to enhance service delivery
- Plan and execute quality client calls from branch referrals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a client-facing Financial Services role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Developed analytical and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Advanced knowledge of financial services consultation and small business acumen
