What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly bookkeeping activities for assigned clients
- Identify and resolve engagement technical issues and non-routine items
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts
- Handle client accounts payable, payroll, and journal entries
- Assist accountants in tax return preparation and generate necessary reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in the business management industry
- Experience with Datafaction/AgilLink
- Previous working experience at a CPA or business management specific firm
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client matters
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Accounting Degree
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for payroll accounting transactions
- Experience operating general office equipment and computerized accounting systems
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently with professionalism
