- Availability for rotating weekend shifts and occasional holidays and overtime

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documents
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to investigate, analyze, and automate solutions
- EST working hours required (9am-6pm EST)
