      Overview

      The Business Operations and Execution Manager will optimize commercialization of products & solutions by building standard procedures to support and achieve the Divisions’ mission, vision and purpose, and overall company priorities.

      As the Training & Communication Strategist for the Customer Relationship Program, this role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating training materials related to the platforms, managing communications around new features and functionality, and managing sustain work.

      Responsibilities

      • Manages and supports CRM training
      • Prepares communication to end users of new enhancements
      • Shares communication around best practices and current functionality
      • Collaborates with key stakeholders to maximize usage of current functionality on priority projects
      • Attends agile and program ceremonies
      • Raises impediments to the change strategy lead
      • Focus on executing and launching the products & solutions, once a process is determined and finalized
      • Lead efforts to measure and ensure processes are being followed-through and meeting expectations
      • Support ad-hoc process management in areas where a need is identified, including CRM implementation, and other initiatives as assigned.
      • Ensure new operational processes are efficient, effective, and compliant in meeting the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders, in order to achieve the Divisions’ mission, vision and purpose
      • Work closely with others within the Divisions, company Functions and Operational Units to implement the Divisions strategy & operational efficiencies
      • Ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure, and programs
      • Maintain, execute, and follow up on operational activities in alignment with division global and regional goals
      • Partner with the division program/product management, sales/business leadership and other stakeholders in leading and executing market initiatives.
      • Partner with Brand Marketing and Product Programs in sales execution of roll outs and launches of big market initiatives
      • Partner with Business Care Integration and division Account Executive teams in execution of contract launches and economic solutions
      • Identify and manage all other relevant collaboration partners within the divisions as well as functions and operational units
      • Meet deadlines for administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc. in a timely manner
      • Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met
      • Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policies

      Qualifications

      • College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience
      • Experience with Salesforce preferred
      • Extensive experience in sales, marketing, product management, pricing, or corporate accounts in the medical device industry
      • Prior experience working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives and drive efficiencies
      • Demonstrate strong Business execution/project management skills
      • Demonstrate strong leadership skills
      • Prior experience leading organizational change or experience with / knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
      • Model the company standards that others are expected to follow.
      • Demonstrate positive and constructive behaviors that drive team cooperation in achieving market objectives
      • Must have effective oral and written communication skills
      • Excellent problem-solving skills
      • Background or experience in Communications preferred
      • Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision

      Physical Requirements

      • Ability to travel domestically and weekends as needed up to 10%
      • Work under general office environmental conditions
