Job Description
- Req#: RC63792
- Manage all Operations Volunteers within your geographic region (included, fleet, facility, reception, and administration).
- Assist in onboarding, training, logging of hours, engagement and providing services.
- Recruit Operations Volunteers within your geographic region.
- In coordination with the Business Operations Lead, ensure all invoices, payments, supplies orders and donations are processed in a timely manner to support regional targets.
- Fleet: Manage and oversee all maintenance, repairs, cleaning, licensing, insurance, Element Cards and PINs, defensive driving course requirements are met for your geographic area.
- Facilities: Manage and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, cleaning, scheduling classrooms and access for facilities in your geographic areas
- Assistance to other lines of business at the direction of the Regional Chief Operating Officer.
- Any assistance to Executive Directors and other lines of business is to be worked out with Regional Chief Operating Officer depending on available time resources of the Operations coordinators.
- You will be the Ears and Eyes and staff Point of Contact for all things Operations for their geographic area.
- High School or equivalent is required.
- Experience Working with and leading volunteers is preferred
- Administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
- Management Experience: N/A
- Skills & Abilities: Good verbal and written communication skills. Experience in personal computer use and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient typing skills required. Ability to work on a team.
- Travel is required and so is a valid drivers license and a clean MVR.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
