What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily activities of new features launching within the Wallet, including project management efforts and internal communications
- Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategy and capture business requirements
- Develop ongoing and ad-hoc executive reports on Wallet performance and market trends
- Identify and execute improvements to management, tracking, and reporting of cross-functional projects
- Present key reports to senior leadership to support project status socialization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree required
- Approximately 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic project planning
- Experience developing and managing business and feature performance reports for leadership
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior executives
- Proficiency in analytical tools, including Excel, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the mobile, services, or payments space
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems in large, global organizations
- Korean language proficiency
