What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Survey and Research Central and Human Subjects Protections program
- Conduct compliance assessments on research and data activities to ensure adherence to internal policies
- Manage the online survey tool, Verint, including user assistance and system maintenance
- Lead training sessions on survey, data, and human subjects collection processes
- Assist with governance and compliance activities across the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented approach
- Strong customer service skills and ability to learn new technologies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Teams, and Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management certification or equivalent work experience
- Facilitator certification or demonstrated experience
