What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Survey and Research Central and Human Subjects Protections program
- Conduct compliance assessments on research and data activities to ensure adherence to internal policies
- Manage the online survey tool, Verint, including user assistance and issue resolution
- Assist in conducting organizational assessments and project management tasks
- Conduct initial Human Subjects reviews and maintain compliance with federal laws and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Teams, and Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management certification or equivalent work experience
- Facilitator certification or demonstrated experience
