What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, define, and optimize end-to-end business processes, ensuring clear ownership and accountability across teams
- Develop detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and operational documentation to standardize business processes
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and royalty teams to formalize financial business logic
- Establish a structured approach to eliciting business requirements from a broad range of stakeholders
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and optimize financial workflows

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, finance operations, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of finance, royalty management, accounting workflows, and operational process optimization
- Experience working within a PMO or structured program delivery environment
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., DrawIO, Visio, Lucidchart) and requirements documentation methodologies
- 5+ years of experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence for task tracking and project documentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Bibliosuite, particularly in leveraging its capabilities for metadata management and workflow optimization
- Experience in the publishing industry or with a major publishing company
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA Certification
