- Act as a primary interface for SCO with the BU team
- Participate as SCO representative in BU staff meetings and other forums.
- Understand BU's key strategy/challenges and bring visibility to SCO teams for alignment.
- Provide inputs to BU discussion and ensure SCO concerns are properly addressed, and areas of opportunity are carried out.
- Work closely with internal SCO cross-functional teams to set strategic direction tailored to each BU and drive for implementation:
- Identify supply chain risks and bottlenecks to meet BU expectations on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Resiliency, and coordinate x-functional efforts toward PLM, engineering, factories, suppliers, and field to manage the critical path to success.
- Partner with S&OP managers to define/implement the best fulfillment model.
- Build ahead / inventory stocking on key SKUs.
- Overall buffer strategy to enable business growth (components & FGI)
- Define and enable the fulfillment model.
- XBT-specific Sales &Operation, Order promise/ allocation by class /automated backlog management
- Customer escalations management and resolution
- Lead team to program manage projects/products in SCO from launch thru EOL of the product life cycle:
- Delivers highly effective Program Management, which is responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the activities of complex business projects spanning multiple organizations.
- Manages complex or broad variety/scope of programs/projects for completeness, compatibility, and compliance with engineering principles, design needs, and standards.
- Steward programs and projects with Sponsors and Stakeholders through the program lifecycle
- Transition from NPI to Sustaining: Orchestrate launch strategy to ensure sustaining teams are ready to support launches.
- Identify supply chain risks and bottlenecks to meet BU expectations on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Resiliency, lead the team to drive x-functional efforts, and manage the critical path to success.
- Define HW product ramp down/End of life/Transition strategy with stakeholders and define the best process of implementation.
- Reporting: Assist in the development of performance metrics, dashboards, and management tools that clearly articulate the status of key activities ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Serve as an escalation point to support the team to resolve critical challenges/issues.
- Product Change Management
- Build up a holistic approach to implement product changes while minimizing the impact on availability and inventory and maximizing cost benefit.
- Process/working model design, implementation, and improvement.
- Lead the identification, development, and implementation of process improvements for program/Product management processes and tools, create new process maps and other documents (procedure, working instruction, checklist, templates, etc.) when needed.
- Contribute to the processes integrating supply chain concepts into the overall product management.
- Support cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum 15+ year in a similar industry, at least 5 years in leadership roles; MBA a plus
- Proven experience in hardware product operations or hardware project/program management roles. Relevant product, engineering, and supply chain experience is favorable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in building high-performance teams through coaching/mentoring, collaboration across boundaries, in a matrixed organization and leading business change.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and pull together resources to make decisions based on available information.
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills, ability to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders both at operational and senior executive levels.
- Superb communication skills to support collaboration.

About the Position
Looking for a strong seasoned Supply Chain leader that can be a catalyst for change.
The SCO Product Operations team is a bridge between Juniper's Cross-Functional Business Teams (XBT) and Supply Chain Operations (SCO). They are responsible for driving cross-functional partnerships with multiple functions, including PLM, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams. Product Operations balances a focus on enhancing customer experience while maximizing product margins, through the HW product lifecycle from introduction, through growth, maturity, and decline. Within SCO, this team manages the product portfolio and leads cross-functional efforts to drive overall performance improvement in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Resiliency, and inventory management focusing on customer satisfaction and margin improvement.
This role will be an individual contributor while leading an x-functional team across the supply chain to reinforce BU/SCO production strategy and execution. You will need to understand the details and see the big picture to be a trusted business partner to drive change and manage the business from a holistic supply chain perspective.

Minimum Salary: $172,500.00
Maximum Salary: $264,500.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $172,500.00 and $264,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
